Beautifully engraved Certificate from the Fisk Rubber Company issued in 1932. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women flanking a man working. This item is handsigned signed by the company's officers and is over 68 years old. The Fisk Rubber Corporation owned tire factories in Chicopee Falls, Massachusettes and a canvas factory in New Bedford. They had tire warehouses in 31 towns in the USA. Its products were car and bicycle tires and other rubber products. They had a production plant in Sweden in 1939. The Fisk Rubber Corp. was taken over in 1939 by the US Rubber Company. The US Rubber Company name was changed to Uniroyal in 1967.
