This is a beautiful example of a galvanized and painted covered fire bucket in Very Good + condition. This wonderful specimen is in the shape of a Dutch bucket and is free of any rust. The muted red paint has been embellished with two hand painted gold bands with black pinstripe placed around both the bottom and the top of the bucket. The turned, black painted handle is polished from years of use and the distressed red paint gives this bucket character galore that would present very well in any room. The bucket has a height of 12 to the top of the handle on the lid and has a bottom diameter of 8 3/4 with a top diameter of 12. Buckets like these are scarce and very collectible.
