Fine Chinese Qing pair of Dragon Bowls 4 Toed Qianlong

Unavailable
Quality pair of Qing dynasty bowls. The bowls measure 5” diameter at the top - is 2 ¼” high – and the base is 2” diameter. In the base, there is the reign mark of Emperor Qianlong, 1736-1795. The mark is definitely apocryphal as there are so many superb copies of these early imperial porcelains on the market today. We will be conservative and date it to the late 19th Century to very early 20th century - a beautiful bowl. It is in excellent condition with minor minor flake on one rim just the normal wear on the rim of the foot and a couple of very tiny brown spots in the center of the inside of the bowl that occurred in the firing. Excellent matched pair.
