Gives children warning to not torture insects & animals & is written as it would read today!! No date, but would guess 1880-90 era. Book inside covers are heavily discolored, book pages are loose in places, but inside pages are very nice for age. Still I would not rate this as good condition, fair.. 7 x 8 1/2" . It has 192 pages
