White Swirl Cased Glass with Blue Crested Ruffle Rim that is Hand painted. It is an older art glass creation by FENTON. There was a round clear sticky label on the bottom when I bought it but any letter was worn off completely.

The clear casing of glass has a diagonal ribbon pattern(barber pole). This pattern creates a shadow on the white base glass. It gives it depth or a 3d effect. The roses are painted on the outer surface.

The condition is excellent.
