The Quality Of The Border Is Exceptional, The Grape & Vine Work Is Highly Detailed And A Heavy Solid Sterling Silver. The Hand Piercing On The Flared Sides Adds To The Look. The Size Of These Coasters Are Very Unusual, As They Have A Wider Diameter Of Most Coasters, And They Will Hold A Bottle With A Diameter Up To 5 1/2". What Is Also Unusual Is That Although They Do Have The Wood Base To Protect The Table, The Inside Base Is Silver, Which Is Also More Practical As The Wood Over Time Dosen't Wear Away From The Moisture.
