Marvelous antique English Tudor chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. This five-light chandelier descends in a chain to a twisted hook resting on a hammered platform, with a hammered column below. At the base of the column, the chandelier comes out into five bands accented with leaves. The bands curve downward to support a hammered ring, from which extend five chandelier arms with hammered bobeches. The bottom of the chandelier finishes in a dangling finial accented with a curled leaf. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 16-3/8” wide and 16” tall to the top of the hook, and the fixture is 29” long overall.
