This is a set of 2 English fancy gold painted metal furniture mounts, probably from a chest or armoire with a classical design of fancy textured leaves. The fancy cast metal mounts have threaded collets on the back for mounting and measure .75 inch high by 6.5 inches long by 6 inches deep and are marked with the numbers 9755. The ornaments were made in England in the 1920-1930s and are in excellent condition and very decorative.
