This exquisite brooch pin is made by Joaquin Tinta who is considered to be Ecuador's premier silver maestro. This is truly a rare find and dates from the Modernistic Art Movement of the 1950's-1960's. The swan is a wonderful animal with almost majestic traits. It is marked Tinta; Ecuador; sterling. This can also be put on a chain and worn as a pendant (see picture) Approximate measurements: 36x55x8mm with stone 17x24mm and weighs 17.2g. Wear this with pride. Chain not included
