This is a pretty vintage pair of art deco silver plate knife rests I got in England recently. The ends have a trefoil leaf shape end rather like a stylized gingko leaf. They are in very good condition. They were made in the 1930s and are very decorative as well as practical to keep the tablecloth clean.
