English Davenport Walnut Desk

Antique English burl walnut Davenport desk with four drawers on the right side. The left side has faux drawers and the interior top area has four little drawers and open cubbies. The piece has carved walnut columns in the front and a carved gallery at the top cover lid of pen storage section. There is a lovely piece of green embossed leather on top which contracts very nicely with the warm finish of the burl walnut. The figuring of the walnut throughout is outstanding and the patina is very attractive.  The desk is in excellent well cared for condition and it's a real gem of the highest quality.
