Handsome walnut hand carved cigar box from mid 19th century England is exceptional. Wonderful as a stationary desk box,photos,jewelry as well as countless other uses. Fabulous thick raised carving covers the front,back and hinged spine with solid walnut on the opening side and closure of 2 small brass hooks. The two spacious 6.75W X 9.5L interior compartments. Excellent condition with outstanding patina. Measures 15H X 12L X 1.75D.
