Enamelled Biedermeier Glass Beaker

This wonderful Biedermeier period glass stein or humpen features a gilded rim and base, and floral painted decoration of the highest quality. Measures 6.25" high and 5" across. Dates from circa 1830-1850. No chips or cracks. Bears the inscription "Bum Andenden" which translates to "precious memories". This item comes from an impressive collection of antique Bohemian and French glass numbering over 120 items.
