It reads, "The Balance of Business" and pictures the Elgin Watch balancing a locomotive and an office building. It states that the Elgin Watch by its unfailing accuracy and reliability regulates the business of the world. They invite you to send for "Timemakers and Timekeepers," an illustrated joint history of the locomotive and the watch. This is a black and white ad that appeared in Minsey's Magazine of New York in the early 1900;s. This paper measures 9 3/4 inches by 6 3/4 inches and is in excellent condition.
