This is a beautiful goblet made during the 1875 to the 80’s. We know it as Texas Bull’s Eye. A. J. Beatty called it their No. 1221 in the tumbler only. It is also known as Bryce’s Filley; Bull’s Eye Varian, and as Notched Bull’s Eye. It was made by Bryce Brothers of Pittsburgh, PA circa 1875-1880; The A. J. Beatty & Sons of Steubenville, OH 1888 and by The United States Glass Co. of Pittsburgh, PA after 1891. It is also known to have been produced by the Diamond Glass Co. Ltd of Montreal, Quebec, Canada circa 1902. This goblet stands 5-3/4 inches tall and is 3 inches in diameter at the rim. The foot is 3-1/8 inches in diameter. The glass is crystal clear. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks. Shipping includes insurance. (DRT-C-XX8-G/E)
