This is a beautiful half gallon water pitcher in the Frost Crystal pattern. It was made by The Tarentum Glass Co. of Tarentum, PA circa 1906. This bowl has been decorated with ruby stain and gold and both are in excellent condition for their age. There is some wear on the gold around the spout. This pitcher is 8-1/4 inches tall at the spout and 5-5/8 inches in diameter plus the pressed handle and the spout. The bottom flat bottom is 5 inches in diameter was ground and polished at the time of manufacture. This pitcher is heavy weighing in at just over 5 pounds before packing. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks. (MIDSHFL-XX521-G/E)
