This is a great Goofus Glass Kerosene Oil Lamp. It was made circa 1910. I do not know the manufacturer of this lamp. The embossed decoration of the lamp is of Roses. I do not have the matching shade. This is an all glass lamp too. The bottom of the font is cold paint decorated with gold and the roses are, or rather, were brightly decorated with red and some of the leaves were green. The top portion of the font is clear. The lamp is 8 inches tall to the top of the collar and 6 inches in diameter at the widest point of the body. The bottom is 4-1/2 inches square. The burner is a No. 2 Queen Ann and is in working order. The paint on this item is about 95% intact. There is the gold background paint with red accent. Goofus Glass is pressed or molded glass with a cold paint finish. The paint is not fired on so it is easily chipped and flaked off. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks. Shipping includes insurance. (DRT-A-XX56)
