This is a great ruby stained tumbler in the Diamond and Sunburst pattern. It was made by The United States Glass Corp, of Pittsburgh, PA circa 1893. The original name of the Pattern was US Glass No. 15,018. It is also known as Diamond and Sunburst Zippers, and as Diamond and Sunburst Variant. The tumbler is 3-3/4 inches tall and 2-3/4 inches in diameter. The bottom was ground and polished at the time of manufacture and shows a good deal of wear. The ruby stain around the top shows signs of wear but is still intact with no major scratches or chips. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flake or cracks.
