This very nice little plate in the Diagonal Band with Fan pattern was made by The United States Glass Co. of Pittsburgh, PA circa 1891. It was produced at the Ripley Plant. This plate is 7 inches in diameter and 1 inch high at the rim. The foot ring is 4-1/2 inches in diameter. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks.
