This is a beautiful open compote in the pattern, as we know it, Beveled Diamond and Star. The original name of the pattern was Tarentum’s Albany and it is also known as Diamond Prisms. It was made by the Tarentum Glass Co. of Tarentum, PA circa 1894. This compote is 7 inches in diameter and 7 inches tall. The cupped foot is 4 inches in diameter. The glass is very clear and the compote is in excellent condition. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks. Shipping includes insurance. (BTMSHF-XX5)
