A collection of two large carved Dayak shields for the Kumang Gawai ceremony / Harvesting Festival, less than 5 years old. Each carved from lightweight wood with complex mirrored tied motifs of Buah Gumbang Bersimpan / Whirlpool Pattern and Buah Berinjan / creeper vine. These are gorgeous for pub, bar, dining hall and office. Each shield comes complete with handle to grip.
