This trumpet vase features a glass insert with Dutch windmill and sailboat designs, and a repousse silver holder with figural and organic designs. Measures 17.25" high and 7" across. Silver holder weighs 15.1 ounces (13.8 troy ounces, 428 grams). Glass weighs 1 lbs. 14 oz. and the total weighs of both pieces is 2 lbs. 13 oz. Silver carries impressed windmill and ship hallmarks. This item dates from the nineteenth century, and the maker is unknown.
