Dudley Castle Gate is an antique colored aquatint engraving hand colored by John Clark and engraved by William Pickett (1792 – 1820) after the French artist, P. J. de Loutherbourg, (1740 – 1812). Robert Bowyer, a miniature painter and publisher, (1758 – 1834), published this engraving, January 1805, in Cheapside, England, from the Historic Gallery Pall Mall. Dudley Castle Gate measures, 12.75” H X 17.75” W, with the image size, 12.00” H X 15.15” W.
