Here's an interesting piece of women's advertising. It's Dr. Storh's Eau de Quinine Tablets which it says "preserving nourishing and cleansing." There is the image of a pretty lady on one side. It is guaranteed by the Dr. Stohr Pharmaceutical Co under the Food and Drugs Act, June 30, 1906. It says the sole agents for the USA and Canada is Dr. Stohr Pharmaceutical Co., Boston, Mass. Now that I've read the directions, this is a hair tonic which is made by adding a pint of alcohol to 1-2 tablets in a pint of warm water! It says it will 'destroy all germs and dandruff, keep your head cool and clean and prevent the hair falling out." Interesting, to say the least!
