Double Strand Lucite Necklace /sterling clasp

The larger beads are transparent light amber in color . The largest being 2 cm. The smaller of the amber color is 1.5 cm. Then the color changes to a transparent clear almost faint pale yellow color beads. They are graduated from the largest being 1 cm to the smallest being 7 mm. Between each bead is a little faceted glass or quartz color crystal bead.

When I held up the necklace in the Sunlight the clear beads took on an Aurora or Prism effect.

The total length from clasp to clasp is 17.5”

The condition is excellent.

The boxed sterling clasp is beautiful all by itself. The clasp works fine too.

Under very close inspection with a jewelers loop I found one slight flaw on of the 2 cm bead of the longest strand. It is a little blip about the size of the point of a needle. That is all I can find to report. I am sure that are some microscopic scratches here and there since this is a vintage item that has been worn before but I certainly can see them.

The pictures here do not do this piece justice. It truly is an incredibly striking necklace.
