Dobbs Hats Christmas Ad 1948 This is a January 1948 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Dobbs Hats of NY. Ad shows husband wearing Santa suit and whiskers. But on his head he is putting a tiny Dobbs miniature Homburg hat that is inside a small box with a gift certificate for his favorite Dobbs hat. Ad reads, Put all your gift problems in this hat. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2 inches wide by 13 1/4 inches tall.
