Dark blue jasperware Wedgwood cream jug and sugar bowl. They have silver rims - the jug has a sterling silver rim, hallmarked for Birmingham - but the date letter is unreadable, rubbed. The maker's mark is also rubbed. The sugar bowl is not a perfect colour match for the jug, being slightly more navy in colour - the creamer is slightly lighter and brighter. The rim of the sugar has no hallmarks, and is probably silver plated. It is an earlier period than the creamer, being circa 1891-1900 . The creamer dates to probably 1906. Sugar measures 58 mm high and 81 mm diameter (just over 2.1/4 inches by just under 3.1/4 inches). Creamer is 123 mm wide handle to spout, and 64 mm high (4.7/8 inches by 2.1/2 inches). Classical scenes are the ornament. Sugar has internal staining (would be covered by the sugar) otherwise very good - the creamer is excellent.
