Description: This hall table was recently hand-crafted in England by a small team of craftsmen. The stunning oyster yew wood pattern was all inlaid completely by hand. They employed the same techniques introduced in the late 17th century to create the magnificent oyster pattern on the top. This effect is created by slicing smaller branches transversely across the grain. The circular 'oysters' are then assembled to resemble a log pile. This table has graceful, sweeping lines which add to it's charm and appeal. It sits on sturdy tapered legs. This table would be a wonderful addition to any foyer or living room.
