Description: A5331 – This is a wonderful 19th Century oil painting on canvas! Having a fantastic French scene with a man saranading a woman, it has so much detail. Notice all the different French aspects, including the mantle, chandelier, screen and their clothing! Obviously a fantastic French artist painted this wonderful piece! It is framed in a nice carved wood frame that is painted a nice crème color with a hint of French blue. The painting is wonderful and with a frame like this, it is fabulous for many designs! Very unique and special! It measures 54W x 44H. Circa, 1870. (has one minor cut in canvas that has been repaired) Serious inquiries welcome!
