Description: This Victorian rocker amazingly retains its original unpainted finish. Rockers of this design and quality were made by the highly regarded Heywood Wakefield Company. Notice the intricate use of curved wicker and wooden beading. The rocker sets on a platform style base. There are some minor wicker breaks and losses scattered throughout, which is to be expected. The rocker is tight and very useable. What a classic example of natural Victorian wicker furniture.
