Description:
This is a hardcover cookbook called What's to Cook for company. It was published in 1952 and has 516 pages. It was written by Lenore Sullivan who was the Professor of Institution Management at Iowa State University. She also taught Catering classes. It has wear to the cover as seen in the pictures. The binding has some minor wear from age but the book is still together and useable. I have thumbed through it and see no major flaws. You might find some spots, a written note in the margin, discoloration or some stains. It is in good condition considering it's age. This book has recipes exemplifying good cookery, be it hospitality for one guest or many, the occasional afternoon tea, family picnic, buffet supper or an elaborate dinner. This What's to Cook for Dinner Cookbook is sure to delight any old or new chef.
