Western style Pine Ottoman, Boeing Built cira 1920's. This came from a furniture set that was built by Boeing shorting following WWI. In order to keep his airplane company going when the demand for plane ceased William Boeing keep his airplane company going by building furniture and speed boats. The ottoman is of solid pine with a western cowboy motif in decoupaged. It has been re-covered with a tan, brown naugahyde. The fabric is not original to the piece. It is very heavy weighing approximately 30 pounds. It measures 27" long x 15" high and 15 1/2" wide I have alway meant to recover it with a nice red vinyl or green wool but I never seem to find the time. For now I am offering it as is.
The condition is ok. The re-upholstery job is not as neat as it could be. The are nick in the wood finish. There are some vertical crack on one of the end pieces. The crack is shallow and will not effect the usefulness of this a piece of furniture.
