Description: For Sale I have a very hard to find piece of Art Pottery made by The Weller Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio. The Pattern is known as "WoodCraft" and the item is Called a "Flower Block" or Flower Frog.

The Flower Block display a very nice Semi Gloss Glaze of tones of Green with some Brown. There are 5 Holes to hold flowers. My assumption this Block was designed to hold Small Flowers like Crocus and Forget-Me-Nots.

The Flower Block is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks, nicks, chips or dings. The piece is not signed but there is no mistaken for this to have been made by Weller. There is a small of white paint on the bottom. I only noticed this when I was taking pictures. This should come off with ease.

These Flower Blocks or Frogs were designed to fit in small bowls or Vases. These were usually lost or they sustained damage. It is absolutely amazing this one has lasted 85-90 years without a Flea Nick. This piece was made Circa 1920-1933.
