Description: This is a lovely little blue transferware demitasse cup and saucer by Wedgwood, Etruria, Staffordshire England commemorating the plantation Monticello, Virginia USA the home of Thomas Jefferson. Besides a depiction of the hall there is Jefferson's initials, coat of arms and a grapevine border. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. A little piece of history.
