Description: This is a very ornate matte finish bisque rose bowl, in a near white/light blue color, white putti with wings has a green background, gold trim framed. We believe this to be Wedgewood, but it is only marked "3170" on the bottom. A very ornate design around the scalloped edge. It is in very good condition, no chips or cracks, some dark spots or stains on the inside, the exterior is very clean!
