The movie stars Clifton Webb and Dorothy McGuire and they are featured on the front cover in an original scene.Three Coins in the Fountain is a 1954 film, named after a popular song of the same name. It tells the story of three American girls looking for romance in Rome while employed at the American Embassy. It stars Clifton Webb, Dorothy McGuire, Jean Peters, Louis Jourdan, Maggie McNamara and Rossano Brazzi. The movie was adapted by John Patrick from the novel Coins in the Fountain by John H. Secondari, and was directed by Jean Negulesco. It won Academy Awards for Best Cinematography, Color and Best Music, Song (for Jule Styne and Sammy Cahn for Three Coins in the Fountain). It was nominated for Best Picture. The movie has an interesting blooper. In the only scene at the fountain, the water was flowing profusely. A new camera angle of the same conversation... the water falls were off, and the fountain was completely dry.This sheet music originally sold for fifty cents. The sheet music has been autographed on the front cover by Clifton Webb with a fountain pen in blue and Dorothy McGuire with a fountain pen in green..................BOTH SHEET MUSIC AND AUTOGRAPHS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION..............
