Description: Listed artist Louis K Harlow (1850-1930) watercolor. In gilt oak frame and original gold mat board. Image itself is approx 9 1/2 x 14 1/2". Signed ll corner. Frame is 18x23" with some damage to inner gesso molding. I've owned more than a few Harlow landscapes and this architectural view is some of the finest work I've seen ! Set back from sloped walkway with trees flanking the house. Well executed fine fence and four story brick home. Harlow exhibited with the Boston art club, Jordan art club and the Newton art club among others. A strong New England watercolorist he has listings in who's who, davenports, askart etc.
