Description: Water snoopy. 1968 snoopy with his red baron scarf. Marked on the head, 1950-1968 Mattel Hong kong & on the body, mexico. I have never used one of these, but there is some kind of pump that pumps up the head & the arms & legs will push him across the water. This shows a little discoloration from age, but I still consider it mint condition. It appears that it will work fine if you have the pump. (I know they were sold separate for all the different characters). Great collectible. It even has it's tail!! Aprox 4" x 2 1/2"
