Description: Beautifully engraved certificate from the Washington-Oregon Corporation issued in 1912. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women with a city with streetcars in the background. This item is hand signed by the Company’s President (Issac W. Anderson) and Secretary (J. C. Stevens) and is over 90 years old.
Certificate Vignette The company was a power company which owned the Vancouver Traction Company, Vancouver Water Company, Vancouver Gas Company, Haines Electric Power Company, Twin City Light and Traction Company, Kalama Electric Power Company, and a few other companies in the Pacific Northwest. The company's offices were located in Vancouver, Washington.
