Description: Black Stone Sioux war club with imbedded crystals. Horsehair wrapped 14 inch handle. The stone is from Black Pine Creek in Southwestern South Dakota and is often found with gypsum crystals in the formation. This stone much revered by the Sioux and is often found in their artifacts. Might have been used as a dance or tourist item.
