WALTHAM 19j RIVERSIDE ENGLISH MARKET DENNISON MOON HUNTING CASE C: 1913. The purpose of this all original gentlemans dress watch was to combine the best English Case with the very best American movement. The result is this famous Waltham export and English case! This case is the very best quality made in the UK during this period and displays the Victorian initials of the first owner on the front. The movement is original as is the English unmarked white porcelain dial. Truly collectible in this superb condition. Clean, running and accurate. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Mint white porcelain original dial without a signature. Bold Roman figures; typically English traditional of the period. Also note: Mint bold solid gold spade style minute and hour hands, alsor original.
MOVEMENT: 16 size, hunting model (winds at 3 o'clock), pendent set, one finger nickel bridge, 14k solid gold center wheel, "19 Jewels", "ADJUSED", all 14k gold capped screw down jewel settings, #19,014,434. This movement is original to the case and dial. Superb conditon, free of distraction.
CASE: Two plates of 10k Gold with plate of composition between and to wear for 20 years. Plain original polished surfaces, with both the inside of the back and dust cover fully signed (please view images provided). Vintage gold filled vest chain with a vest "T-Bar". Very nice. Case marked "DENNISON Watch Case Co." and "MOON/ A.L.D."
