What a wonderful Renaissance Revival Victorian game table. This table is designed to open up for card playing or gaming. The top has a wide moulded edge. It is designed to be tuned and opened to reveal a felt playing surface. Check out the recessed cup areas to hold poker chips, or other gaming paraphernalia. Check out the finely designed and furnished card storage area under the tabletop. There are burled walnut recessed panels below the top on the front and sides of the table. The front corners are canted with applied carved rosettes and incised carvings. The corner braces and legs are exquisitely carved and elegantly shaped. The table rests on its original casters. This table is even carved and finished on the back making it beautiful from all four sides. The finish is in excellent condition having a deep, rich color and patina. The frame is tight with no repairs or breaks.
