Description: This exquisite Egg Jewelry Box is by Vivian Alexander. It was made of .999 Fine Silver and it is guilloche turned with translucent Amethyst colored Enamel that covers the entire egg. The Vivian Alexander Hallmark is embedded in the enamelling. This Egg Jewelry Box is 3 inches tall and it contains a removeable black velvet ring cushion. Vivian Alexanders' original boxes were inspired by the Russian Jewelry Peter Faberge. Many of the design originals were inspired by the pieces in the Forbes museum. Each of her 'Eggs' are a collectors item.
