Description: The front of the envelope reads: Stencils, 25 Christmas Designs, Easy To Use Fascinating Designs, National. The back flap cover has the Directions. The flap of the envelope was torn and has been taped on the inside of the flap.

Most of the stencils have been used. There are a total of 25 different designs on 8 pages. They are still in good usable condition. I did see a couple of tears on the stencils but they are still OK to use. They are made by: National Tinsel Mfg. Co. Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220. Made In U.S.A.

Buyer to add an additional $3.50 for USPS 1st class uninsured mail within the USA. Insurance is an additional $1.75.
