What is great about this genuine Cartier baby frame with glass is that you could easily have a thin sterling plate made to put in the place of the name and date and have your very own cartier frame. Original price on one like is about $500.00 so the price I have it as gives you lots of room to work with this to re-use it. If you just happen to like it as it is ( which is why I got it in the first place for our store display), you can enjoy it as it is. Using VIctorian raised relief storks and birds, this frame is a real beauty! IT measures 5 3/4" x 4 1/3" ( outside to outside) and has its original glass and black lucite backing and stand. ON the bottom of the frame it is marked Cartier sterling 3187. We offer Layaway on all our pieces regardless of which site it comes from. Please remember that vintage & antique items are not mint, nor are they perfect but they sure are full of old history and charm. Please use photos to make your decisions
