Fabulous vintage Thanksgiving Turkey Planter. A great centerpiece or hostess gift the person cooking the meal of the day! The glaze is outstanding: green mottled with cream and a purplish brown. The bottom is not marked. It measures approximately 7 1/2" high, 9" long, 6" wide. It is in near new condition. The only think I found wrong was a tiny bit of paint loss on the bottom of the turkeys snood. There are no cracks or chips. If you are tired of the same old turkey style that you see everywhere during Thanksgiving then this is the turkey for you. As you can see in my pictures he has a Major Attitude. I think he know his fate!
If you don't want to use this Attitude Turkey as a planter you could also put tall skinny candies & use a a candy dish. You could also put those long skinny bread sticks & use on your dinner table!
I had a hard time getting my camera to pick up the true colors. What looks like white on the bird is either a cream color or light green. The eyes of the bird are light green and not white.
