On the rack are 6 pairs of vintage wood souvineer salt & pepper shakers, (some are quite old. Most of these shakers are in the book on vintage shakers, and list for between $6-$20 each, depending on age, condition, etc. Very cute nostalgic display for your country kitchen or cottage in the woods! Included is: 1] Deer figure with bark, cork stopper, (one leg of one deer is broken off, but so small you're not going to see this without trying extra hard); 2] Giant City State Park, Ill, coffeepot shape wood shakers with metal stoppers; 3] Pigotts, Ark, wood acorn shape, metal stoppers; 4] Mexican wood urn shakers that feature black & red paint; each has a small split in lid, shown on pg. 177 Florence's book on shakers; 5] Wood mushroom shape, Call of the Wild, Gaylord, MI, plastic stoppers; 6] Dearborn, MI, wood shakers with metal handles, and plastic stoppers. The rack is free-standing so it can stand on a shelf or hutch, or you can hang in on a wall or cupboard! Great for a country cottage!
