Description: New Vintage Simplicity Toddler pull on pants, pullover top and hooded or unhooded unlined jacket. Add the ears to the hood for a Halloween Bear Cub Costume Sewing Pattern. Toddler Size H 1/2, 1, 2. Pattern dated 1980. The pattern is new old stock. The envelope is torn and has been taped. (Taped after the pictures were taken,)

The envelope has been opened & flap is torn off. The pattern is uncut, factory folded, complete with sewing instructions & is in new condition.
