This is a really fine 1980's red Roper Western dress with dolman sleeves.  It has 12 snap buttons up the front so you can go as daring
as you like!  The belt is still attached.  This dress has a huge circle
skirt that just flies...

     Condition:  excellent, I don't think this dress was ever worn.  No
