Description: This is a vintage red handle scissors made in Taiwan. It measures 7.75 inches long. There is paint wear to the handles. The metal also has some wear and one of the tips of the scissors appears to be blunted. I don't know if they came this way or it was broken off.I did test them and they do cut paper just fine. This red handle scissors could help you put some vintage in your sewing.
